Job summary

Western Specialty Contractors, America\'s Master Craftsmen in Restoration and Preservation, seeks a skilled Mason for our Fort Worth, TX location. You will perform masonry tasks per project specifications and collaborate with foremen and trades to meet schedules and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have practical construction experience, own hand tools, and the ability to read drawings. Weekend or night work may be required.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and math skills sufficient to comprehend safety policies and instructions.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lay brick, concrete block, stone, tile per project specs and blueprints.
• Experience in brick replacement, lintel replacement and mortar work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, site layouts.
• Install lintels and anchors, reinforcing materials and expansion joints.
• Ensure alignment, leveling and structural integrity of masonry work.
