Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn.
• Ability to operate machinery and use measuring devices.
• Accuracy in measuring.
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Willing to train others when requested.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble components per prints and SOPs.
• Follow daily assembly/build schedule.
• Prepare materials for daily builds.
• Order raw materials as needed.
• Set up equipment and tools for daily build.
• Visually inspect and test products using gauges and other devices.
• Document completed and incomplete work orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
