Job summary

Southeastern Equipment Company is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe and functional. The role involves hands-on maintenance, with HVAC and plumbing experience required. Up to $40 per hour depending on skillset, with company-provided truck during work hours.

Reports to Property Manager and travel to multiple sites as needed. Non-Exempt, full-time position with opportunities to contribute across buildings and projects.

Qualifications

• HVAC and plumbing experience required.
• General maintenance across building trades.
• Ability to read work orders and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform general repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, fixtures).
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance for safe operations.
• Read and interpret work orders and drawings.
• Support renovation and projects across multiple sites.
