Job summary

Envolve Community Management Company seeks a Maintenance Technician to work at Audubon Village Apartments in Richmond, VA. You will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing and electrical, as well as assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

The successful candidate has HVAC certification with 3+ years of maintenance experience, can move heavy equipment safely, and is available for emergency calls 24/7. Background screening and drug test required.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has HVAC certification with (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and general maintenance repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to document maintenance operations.
