Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Wage: $68,640 - $74,880/year
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 1:30pm - 10:00pm

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment repair and maintenance for automated conveyors and packaging equipment
- Perform comprehensive electrical diagnosis and wiring
- Custom design, building and implementation of in-house solutions
- Perform robotics repairs and maintenance
- Repair and rebuild materials handling and packaging equipment as needed
- Perform and close out work order requests within BMC CMMS software via computer or tablet
- Review production schedule and perform machine set-up, tear-down, and necessary adjustments
- Lead production changeovers and setups
- Complete all repairs in a timely manner to minimize lost production time
- Perform preventative maintenance checks during production and take appropriate corrective action
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and streamline work processes
- Order, catalog, and track materials, tools, and parts inventory necessary for maintenance and operations
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools
- Verify and sign off on line-clearances and line-setups to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform Lock Out Tag Out procedures per company procedures
Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
- At least five years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with packaging machinery desired
- Computer literacy is a plus (email, reports, CMMS, and WO management)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Basic hand tools for daily job functions
- Able to read SDS and follow the instructions on the labels of all SDS chemicals
