Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Wage: $25-$30/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7am-3pm

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a company in Cedarburg, WI. This is a direct hire role.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines, PLC, machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe systems, and electrical systems
2. Visual inspection and testing of machinery and equipment, including electrical and electronic test equipment
3. Follow specifications and blueprints, using precision measuring instruments and hand tools
4. Maintain working areas and departments in a safe, clean, and orderly manner

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

1. A background in CNC machine repair AND/OR education in Industrial Maintenance or related fields is preferred
2. Mechanical Maintenance experience repairing complex machinery, PLC, equipment, physical structures, pipe systems, and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment is preferred
3. Strong organizational skills, mathematical aptitude, effective communication, thorough follow-through, and computer proficiency in Microsoft and Outlook
4. Ability to work independently, identify problems, and determine the best solution(s)
