Position Title: Maintenance Electrician

Wage: $22.00 - $40.00/hour

Role Overview

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a crucial role in all electrical work related to our manufacturing processes. This includes bending conduit, pulling wire, working with control circuitry, and interpreting electrical blueprints. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in commercial and industrial electrical work, exhibiting precision, efficiency, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

1. Pull wire and terminate devices such as receptacles, switches, motors, and other electrical components
2. Work with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment following industry standards
3. Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards in commercial/industrial electrical tasks
4. Plan and prioritize work activities effectively to meet project objectives
5. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, offer assistance, and respond positively to feedback
6. Follow safe manufacturing and material handling practices to maintain a secure environment
7. Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Knowledge of NEC electrical codes and conduit bending skills
3. Experience with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment preferred
4. State journeyman or Master license is a plus
5. 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
6. Experience with medium voltage and electronics advantageous
7. Fabrication or machining experience desirable
8. Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately
9. Strong references demonstrating excellent attendance and attitude
