Monroechamber is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for a growing food manufacturing facility in Waukesha, WI. You will support electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshoot PLCs, and maintain high-speed packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, maintaining CMMS records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Requires 2+ years in food manufacturing and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience required.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens PLC systems.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed packaging lines.
• Food-grade welding experience and GMP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain food manufacturing and high-speed packaging equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to schedules.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Complete maintenance work orders accurately and promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment and processes.
• Maintain CMMS records and maintain a clean maintenance shop.

Position Title: MaintenanceWage: $32.00 - $42.00/hour (Based on Experience)Shift: 2nd or 3rdHours: 1:45pm - 10:15pm or 9:45pm - 6:45amA growing food manufacturing facility in Waukesha, WI is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support electrical and mechanical maintenance operations.
