Amcor is seeking a Thermoforming Operator in Russellville, AR, to operate thermoforming machines, lead a small production team, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage changeovers, perform QA testing, and maintain documentation.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with Supervisors to meet daily production goals. This is a 12-hour night shift with full benefits.

• Lead and coordinate assigned team members (Assistants and Packers) to achieve daily production goals.
• Monitor and minimize downtime through efficient changeovers and best practices.
• Conduct QA testing and inspections to ensure product meets specifications.
• Maintain tool boards, machine boards, audits, and check sheets.

Schedule

Shift: 12-hour 2-2-3 night shift (7:30-7:30)

• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
