Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a cook in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to prepare and plate dishes with attention to presentation.
• Good communication to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food ordered by customers using a variety of kitchen equipment.
• Perform shift opening and closing duties, including equipment prep and cleaning.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and storage areas.
• Restock products as needed during shifts.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on daily specials and menu items.
