Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in site preparation, including clearing, excavating, and leveling sites.
• Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the site.
• Support concrete finishers with form setup, pouring, and finishing foundations.
• Follow supervisor instructions and adapt to various tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and properly.
• Work collaboratively to meet project timelines and quality standards.
