Primoris Energy Services is seeking a skilled laborer to perform various construction tasks on projects in Sherman, TX. You will assist craft workers, maintain safety, and support a productive work environment.

Responsibilities include digging trenches, loading materials, operating basic tools, and following directions from supervisors. A reliable team player with safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments, including extreme temperatures and dusty conditions.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Sherman, TX.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen.
