CCC Concepts Inc is looking for a motivated and experienced Skilled Laborer / Journeyman to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned tradesperson who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and getting the job done right.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level experience in a skilled trade (construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or related field).
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and relevant trade equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled trade work across Roofing Systems, Waterproof Coatings, Concrete Form to Finish, Rough Framing & Carpentry, Painting & Caulking, Stucco and Building Envelope.
• Work independently and as part of a crew on active job sites.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow tradespeople.
