Job summary

CCC Concepts Inc is seeking a motivated Skilled Laborer / Journeyman to join our San Diego team. This hands-on role requires craftsmanship and a strong work ethic on residential and commercial projects.

The position involves performing trades across waterproofing, roofing, concrete, carpentry, painting, and stucco, with emphasis on safety and teamwork. Local candidates preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level experience in a skilled trade (construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or related field).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and relevant trade equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
