Headwaters Construction Company is seeking a dependable Skilled Laborer to support our commercial construction projects in Utah. The role focuses on keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized, handling materials, and assisting with site logistics to ensure timely, safe project progress.

You will work outdoors, perform physically demanding tasks, and follow safety guidelines. This entry‑level role offers mentorship, career growth, and a collaborative team environment with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• General labor or construction experience required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Understanding of construction site safety or willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to safely wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily jobsite cleanup by removing debris, trash, and construction waste.
• Maintain clean, safe, and accessible work areas for subcontractors and site personnel.
• Assist with unloading, receiving, and organizing materials and deliveries.
• Move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the jobsite as directed.
• Support Superintendents and subcontractors with general jobsite tasks.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and PPE standards.
• Report unsafe conditions or jobsite hazards immediately to field leadership.
• Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient construction site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
