Moorhead is a land clearing and site preparation contractor seeking motivated Laborers/Groundmen to support outdoor land clearing and construction projects. You will assist operators, manage debris, and help with site prep while maintaining safe conditions.

The role emphasizes reliability, a safety-first mindset, and willingness to perform hands-on tasks in varying weather and terrain. Training will be provided for those new to the field.

Qualificações

• Prior construction or land clearing experience preferred but not required (will train).
• Ability to safely use hand tools and small equipment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to travel to job sites (per diem provided where applicable).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Reliable transportation to and from job site.
• Willing to work 40-hour weeks.

• Perform manual labor tasks such as clearing debris, setting up job sites and preparing materials
• Maintain safe work zones by spotting for equipment and directing traffic when needed
• Use hand tools, chainsaws and small equipment as directed
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations and environmental guidelines
• Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues promptly to supervisors
• Support land clearing and construction crews with additional tasks as needed

Position Summary

We are looking for motivated Laborers/Groundmen to support land clearing and construction projects. Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry and move up to 75 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working on foot for long hours in rugged terrain
• Ability to bend, stoop and perform physically demanding tasks
