Essel Environmental is seeking dependable and hardworking Skilled Construction Laborers to join our on-site team in California. You will assist multiple trades on active job sites, load and transport materials, and help with demolition and site cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters, concrete crews, and other skilled trades as needed
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Perform demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Dig trenches, backfill, and perform general site preparation
• Assemble and dismantle temporary structures, barricades, and fencing
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superintendent or foreman
