Hd Builders Llc is seeking a Skilled Laborer to support worksite operations through manual tasks such as demolition, framing, drywall, paint, and light plumbing/electrical work. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle power tools and industrial equipment on site.

The ideal candidate will contribute to renovations from start to finish, keep the site clean, and assist tradespeople while ensuring safety and efficiency on every project.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods.
• Broad knowledge of home construction processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Additional experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with others to renovate homes from start to finish
• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
• Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpenters
• Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
