Job summary

You will work with a crew to move materials, operate basic tools, perform site cleanup, and follow supervisor directions while maintaining equipment and adhering to OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required.
• Able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Able to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Able to work effectively as part of a construction crew.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment.
• Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, concrete workers, and other trades as directed.
• Perform general site cleanup, including removing debris and maintaining organized work areas.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely and appropriately.
• Perform other manual labor as needed.
• Set up and remove temporary structures, barriers, and jobsite materials.
• Assist with measuring, cutting, lifting, and positioning materials.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and jobsite procedures.
• Perform other construction-related duties as assigned.
