Job summary

Brook Hollow Golf Club in Dallas, TX, is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to support the kitchen team. Shifts available AM or PM; duties include washing ware, polishing items, keeping areas clean, and assisting in banquet setup.

Must be able to work weekends/holidays and pass a background/drug test in a nicotine-free workplace. Requirements include fluent English and teamwork; overtime and a flexible schedule may be required to meet restaurant needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak English and communicate with co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Wash wares in dishwashing machine or by hand.
• Polish silverware, platters and chafing dishes.
• Collect trash from kitchen areas and empty garbage barrels.
• Store dishes and wares in proper areas; maintain clean kitchen surfaces.
• Assist in banquet setup and other duties as directed.
