Welcome Header in Dallas, TX, is seeking a full-time dishwasher for Brook Hollow Golf Club. Shifts are available in AM or PM, with compensation at $16 per hour on-site.

Responsibilities include washing wares by machine or hand, polishing silverware, cleaning kitchen areas, loading/unloading, and assisting with food prep and banquet setups as needed. Must be able to work weekends and holidays and speak English.

• Wash all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand
• Polish all silverware, platters and chafing dishes
• Collect trash from kitchen areas, empties garbage barrels, wash and re-line with new bags
• Wash and polish all stainless steel in kitchen, including shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, coffee area, refrigerators, walk-ins, etc.
• Wash or clean receiving area and trash area
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as well as the dock area
• Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas
• Clean dish machine after each meal period, periodically clean with lime away
• Perform other tasks such as assisting in food preparation, putting away deliveries, cleaning coolers, freezers and storerooms
• Assist in banquet setup, plate up and break down of banquet equipment
• Performs additional duties as directed by a supervisor or manager

Dishwasher

Full-Time (AM or PM shifts available)

Compensation: $16 PER HOUR

We are looking to add full-time Dishwashers to our Kitchen staff. The Dishwasher is required to clean pans, pots, dishes, and other elements used in the kitchen and restaurant. They will also operate the dishwashing machine or wash dishes by hand, to help maintain a clean kitchen. These workers scrape, sort, and stack dirty dishes, load them into the dishwashing machine and then add soap to turn it on. Once the cleaning operation is complete, they unload the dishes and put them in their places to be reused again.

Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend down, kneel, crouch up to 8 hours daily.
• Reach with hands and arms, use hands and fingers to handle objects.
• Must have good or corrected vision.
• Must have good hearing to communicate with co-workers.
• Must be able to push, carry or lift up to 50lbs.
