Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and troubleshoot condition of operating equipment and controls to ensure safe operation.
• Perform routine repairs to pump seals, bearing, etc.
• Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specs or to locate malfunctions.
• Determine customer concerns with current HVAC systems.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Discuss malfunctions with customers to verify corrections.
• Record and report faults and time/materials on work orders.
• Test pipe joints for leaks and balance system controls.
