Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of HVAC operation, maintenance and repair experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC repairs, maintenance, installation techniques and electrical principles.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams and manufacturer recommendations; diagnose problems.
• Physical ability to perform demanding field work and operate various tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and boiler systems.
• Test systems, identify faults, and provide customer recommendations.
• Inspect and test systems for compliance with plans and specs.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Coordinate with repair teams and document work orders.
• Install thermostats, and adjust controls per manufacturer settings.
