Job summary

Marriott International - Sheraton in Lisbon seeks hotel maintenance staff to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance on kitchen and mechanical equipment. You’ll inspect systems, carry tools, operate shut-offs, and perform painting and light repairs while adhering to safety procedures.

Experience in hotel maintenance is a plus; a driver’s license is required and no supervisory duties are expected. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Lisbon property.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen, and mechanical room equipment.
• Inspect and repair various systems; carry tools and inventory; operate shut-offs; perform painting and light drywall tasks.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and safety standards; communicate daily activities between shifts.
