Your role includes equipment inspections, reading grade stakes and blueprints, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while coordinating with supervisors and drivers for smooth project flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of operating heavy construction equipment.
• Willingness to undergo drug screening, background check, and MVR screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, motor graders, and backhoes safely.
• Work closely with the site foreman and crew to complete tasks efficiently.
• Inspect equipment daily and perform preventive maintenance.
• Read grade stakes, blueprints, and site plans to execute work accurately.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow OSHA safety standards.
• Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and truck drivers for smooth project flow.
• Perform general labor tasks as needed.
