Sanford Contractors, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Construction Foreman to lead grading crews and ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion in Sanford, NC. You will mentor team members, enforce OSHA standards, and coordinate daily briefings with site leadership.

The role requires reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities on active job sites, with a strong focus on cost effectiveness and safety.

• Communicate time away from work with your team leader and other team members with sufficient notice to make plans for changing personnel to focus on the priorities
• Willingness to work hours as required
