The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, a strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and the ability to follow instructions. OSHA 10/30 is a plus; valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–2 years of heavy civil construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and perform strenuous tasks.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools and basic safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including debris removal and material handling.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Dig trenches, backfill, and compact earth per grade specs.
• Assist with temporary structures, scaffolding, and shoring.
• Perform basic carpentry, concrete, and masonry tasks as directed.
