What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to residential and light commercial jobs in a company-provided service area. You will evaluate repair and improvement needs, discuss solutions with customers, and complete the work safely and efficiently. Projects vary daily, ranging from carpentry and drywall repair to light plumbing, electrical, tiling, and general home maintenance.

Over time, success in this role means becoming a trusted face in the community. You will build a reputation for reliability, clean work, and excellent problem-solving, helping our local branch maintain high customer satisfaction ratings while enjoying stable, year-round work.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Trip Allowance: An additional $25.00 for every job you are sent to.
• Annual Potential: $35,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience and hours worked.
