Job summary

CAPITAL HOTELS LLC is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facility. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and respond to maintenance requests as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is required, with the ability to work

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
