Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Previous kitchen experience required.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food using various kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, fryers, slicers, processors).
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Prepare specialty foods like pizzas, chicken, and steaks following specific methods.
• Read orders and prepare/cook food according to instructions.
• Verify quality and quantity of prepared food.
• Perform opening/closing duties and clean equipment and areas.
• Restock products as needed during shifts.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Manager on specials and new menu items.
• Monitor menu cycles and note shortages.
