Rock City Gardens is seeking a skilled Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. Nestled within our breathtaking natural attraction, our dining outlets serve as an extension of the memorable experiences we create for every guest.

The Cook will prepare high-quality menu items, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and support daily kitchen operations while collaborating with team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience that complements the venue's unique beauty and charm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in food service preferred.
• Willingness to obtain ServSafe Certification.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and operational documents.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service in alignment with the organization’s mission, culture and values.
• Prepare and cook food according to established menu specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor portion control and waste to manage food costs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Support inventory counts and communicate ordering needs.
