Avion Hospitality is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. We prepare all food items for F&B outlets, Banquets/Catering in meeting rooms, and the Employee cafeteria, ensuring high standards and visually appealing plates.

The ideal candidate brings passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to follow standardized recipes while maintaining cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 12 months proven cook experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items based on standardized recipes.
• Ensure that all food items are visually appealing and appetizing.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas.
• Minimize waste and maximize cost/production ratio.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
