Typical start times range from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM, with overtime and weekend shifts possible. A pre-employment physical and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors year-round in variable conditions.
• Communicate effectively with operators, workers and pedestrians.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform flagging, traffic closures and related tasks as assigned.
• Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces, and remove debris.
• Install erosion and sediment controls (silt fence, etc.).
• Carry out manual labor tasks to support projects as needed.
• Wear safety toe boots, long pants, long sleeves; PPE provided.
• Contribute to a safe, productive work environment and teamwork.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
