Job summary

C. A. Murren and Sons, a long-established industrial contractor with offices in Georgia, Florida and Virginia, is hiring a Laborer to support construction projects in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Based in Savannah, GA area, the role offers on-site work and safety-focused teamwork.

You will assist tradesmen, unload materials, and help prepare and apply cement and other materials while working outdoors in varying weather. A valid driver’s license and routine screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working on construction sites and with tradesmen.
• Able to operate or be around heavy equipment safely.
• Capable of reading and following construction plans.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist tradesmen and machine operators on site.
• Unload and carry materials at construction sites.
• Use equipment to break old forms and structures.
• Prepare and apply materials to build structures or fill gaps.
• Maintain a clean, safe work site.
