Job summary

C.A. Murren & Sons Company, Inc. is seeking a Skilled Laborer to support tradesmen and machine operators on construction projects in the Sterling, VA area.

You will unload materials, break forms with equipment, and apply materials to construct or repair structures while keeping the site clean and safe. The role requires reading and following instructions, strong English communication, good balance, and the ability to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as construction worker.
• Comfortability around heavy equipment and machinery.
• Able to work in a team.
• Able to read and follow instructions.
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination.
• Ability to stand for long hours; lift up to 40 lbs; outdoor work conditions.

Responsibilities

Skilled Laborer Responsibilities:

• Prepare and apply construction materials to build structures or fill gaps (e.g cement).
• Clean out site from debris and discarded material.
