Job summary

Landmark Aquatic, LLC is seeking skilled General Laborers to join our construction/renovation team in Austin. You will learn our processes from experienced staff and grow with the company, contributing to site layout, measurements, and installation tasks.

The role requires at least 2 years in construction, valid license, ability to travel, and strong safety discipline. You will operate tools and equipment, perform heavy lifting, and support project crews in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE two (2) years of construction experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to regularly travel and work out of town.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Be able to pass a drug test and be subject to random drug testing.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety rules.
• Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site layout, measurement, excavation, plumbing, backfilling, forming, steel tying, concrete placement, rigging, and installation.
• Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.
• Safely operate a variety of tools, including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and various hand tools
• Safely operate heavy equipment
• Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding)
• Follow all safety regulations and ensure proper PPE is worn.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
