Candidate should have at least one year of construction experience, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. You’ll handle tools from pressure washers to heavy equipment and contribute to project success while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have one (1) year of construction experience.
• Must be able to regularly travel and work out of town.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Be able to pass a drug test and be subject to random drug testing.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety rules.
• Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site layout, measurement, excavation, plumbing, backfilling, forming, steel tying, concrete placement, rigging, and installation.
• Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.
• Safely operate a variety of tools, including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and various hand tools
• Safely operate heavy equipment
• Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding)
• Follow all safety regulations and ensure proper PPE is worn.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
