Job summary

Landmark Aquatic is seeking a General Laborer to support site layout, excavation, plumbing, concrete placement, and installation across our aquatic facilities. You will operate a range of tools, handle heavy workloads, and work with the team to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires physical stamina, two years of construction experience, willingness to travel, and a valid driver’s license. We emphasize reliability, punctuality, and adherence to safety rules on every project site.

Qualifications

• Must have two years of construction experience.
• Must be able to travel regularly and work out of town.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Be able to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting up to 80 lbs).
• Pass background and drug screening; random testing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site layout, measurement, excavation, plumbing, backfilling, forming, steel tying, concrete placement, rigging, and installation.
• Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.
• Safely operate a variety of tools, including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and various hand tools
• Safely operate heavy equipment
• Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding)
• Follow all safety regulations and ensure proper PPE is worn.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
