Job summary

Sidewalk Safety, Inc. is seeking a skilled Concrete Former & Finisher with Asphalt Sealcoating experience to join our Sacramento crew. You will perform concrete form setting, finishing, and maintenance tasks across projects.

Responsibilities include site prep, grading, and operating specialty tools, with travel up to 50% and overtime when required. English proficiency and a valid CA license are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of recent professional experience in concrete forming and finishing.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation to Sacramento base.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with ~30% overnight travel; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demolition & site prep for repairs.
• Form setting, grading, and slope work.
• Concrete finishing with broom/exposed aggregate; colored/stamped concrete where possible.
• Asphalt maintenance including sealcoating and line striping.
• Operate sidewalk grinders and other specialty tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site with the crew.
