Zero Impact Builders in Fremont, CA is seeking a Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. You will pour, finish, and seal concrete to meet project specs and work with forming and edging.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, experience in concrete finishing, knowledge of safety protocols, and the ability to read drawings. Willingness to travel within the Bay Area and to work weekends is a plus. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, spread, and smooth concrete.
• Design and set up forms.
• Mold expansion joints and edges.
• Add decorative elements as needed.
• Apply sealants and waterproofing.
• Estimate materials and timeline.
• Review and repair concrete structures.
• Clear worksite before/after work.
• Follow health and safety protocols.
• Place orders and arrange material transport.
• Assist with other trades on site.
