Roles include roofers and laborers for EPDM/TPO/PVC systems; prior experience not required for some positions. Candidates should be reliable, safety-minded, and able to work in varied weather.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders; work at heights and in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Apply or repair roofing materials and systems.
• Demolish and tear off old roofing as needed.
• Install/know EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing systems.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Assist with service and maintenance of roofing and sheet metal systems.
• Maintain safety, quality and production procedures.
