Tiara Yachts in Holland, MI is seeking a 3rd Shift CNC Router Operator to set up and run the CNC Router and ensure precise cutting. The role requires loading materials, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.

You will read units of measure, communicate constraints to the team leader, and help train colleagues to improve performance while following Tiara Yachts work instructions and safety rules.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One year of experience is preferred.

Position Summary:The 3rd Shift CNC Router Operator is responsible for setting up and running the CNC Router machine. We are looking for a dependable individual to ensure the CNC machine maintains a smooth and accurate operation.Job Responsibilities:The CNC Router Operator will load raw materials into CNC for cuttingThe CNC Router Operator must be able to troubleshoot malfunctions and communicate with programmersMaintain equipment by completing preventive maintenanceWith minimal supervision, be able to perform daily responsibilities per specifications prescribed on the Tiara Yachts work instructionsMust be able to read and understand units of measureThe CNC Router Operator must be able to communicate the current product, process or material constraints or issues to the team leaderMust be accustomed to physical tasks for long periods of time. This includes, but not limited to, standing, kneeling, lifting up to 50lbs, bending, using your hands and working with various materialsMust have basic computer knowledge and basic math skillsWhen asked, we would like the CNC Machine Operator to assist with training team members to develop job knowledge and improve performanceMaintain daily labor tracking recordsPerforms other related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or managementEducation and Experience:High School graduate or equivalent preferredOne year of experience - preferredGeneral Job Requirements:Ability to work overtime as requestedPromote a safe and clean work environmentWillingness to work on a team or individuallyAble to follow manufacturing instruction and understand processesMust practice PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) policies as mandated per area.
