The role requires dependable hands-on machining experience with CNC-controlled equipment including laser cutting machines, lathes, and mills.

The operator will read drawings, set offsets, deburr, and inspect parts, ensuring adherence to specifications and production requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, manuals, specifications.
• Attention to quality and conformance to tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and laser equipment to produce parts per specs.
• Load parts, set offsets, deburr, and inspect finished work.
• Read drawings and determine dimensions, tolerances, and setup needs.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust within capabilities.
• Communicate with supervisors and team to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and perform basic preventative maintenance.
