ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Lead Carpenter in Madison, WI for year-round work with benefits. The role offers $25-$32 per hour, plus a daily vehicle stipend, paid holidays, and accruing PTO. Candidates should have remodeling experience and be able to provide their own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling tasks across drywall, painting, tile, flooring, and carpentry.
• Work on projects from small patch and paint to full home rebuild.
• Collaborate with superintendents and tradesmen to meet goals.
• Maintain safety and quality on job sites.
