ServiceMaster Restoration by DSI 3419 in Madison, WI seeks a Lead Carpenter for year-round work with full benefits. The role offers $25–$32 hourly, a daily vehicle stipend, paid holidays, and PTO accrual. Expect overtime at 40+ hours and double time after 60.

Remodeling emphasis includes drywall, painting, tile, flooring, and carpentry across full-home projects. Ideal candidates provide their own tools, have reliable transportation, and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling across drywall, paint, tile, flooring and carpentry tasks.
• Work on projects from patch and paint to complete home rebuild.
• Collaborate with superintendents and tradesmen to achieve job goals.
• Focus on construction phases, not water mitigation.
