Make Choteau Home seeks a skilled Carpenter to perform rough and finish carpentry, build forms, install trim, and support concrete work on commercial projects. The role requires adapting to wood, metal, and concrete structures and working with scaffolding and safety procedures.

With 5+ years in commercial construction and a two-year carpentry program preferred, you will join a team offering year-round work, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience required or desired.
• Completion of a two-year carpentry program through a trade school or apprenticeship desired.

Responsabilités

• Operate power tools and carpentry tools to measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, plastic, and other materials.
• Perform materials handling and storage.
• Follow safety and incident reporting procedures.
• Prepare areas for construction with manual labor.
• Build and position forms for pouring concrete and dismantle after use.
• Framing for windows, doors, sub-floors, and stairs.
• Finish carpentry including trim, molding, and casework.
• Erect and take down scaffolding.
• Perform a variety of strenuous labor tasks on construction projects.
