You will work alongside experienced carpenters on framing and general carpentry for residential remodel projects, following drawings and safety guidelines while contributing to high-quality outcomes.

• 2+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred.
• Experience with remodeling or renovation work is a plus.
• Basic understanding of framing and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential carpentry and framing work on remodeling projects.
• Assist with layout, framing, and modifications to existing structures.
• Read and follow construction drawings with guidance from lead carpenters or supervisors.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Communicate jobsite needs or issues clearly with the team.
• Support inspections and make adjustments as directed.
• Help with general carpentry tasks as projects progress.
