Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of remodeling/ carpentry experience.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Good communication and client-facing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, demolition, and structural repairs for remodel projects
• Install and finish trim, doors, windows, tile, cabinetry, and flooring
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, and shape materials (wood, drywall, laminate, etc.) with precision
• Ensure work meets local building codes and safety standards
• Effectively collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients on job progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve unexpected issues that arise during remodels
• Properly maintain and care for tools and equipment
• Assist with company business activities, events and initiatives
