• Execute high-quality framing, trim carpentry, and finish work
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and sketches with accuracy
• Perform precise measurements, cuts, and assemblies of materials
• Collaborate with the team to maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Supervise and mentor apprentices or laborers on-site
• Ensure cleanliness and safety across all job sites
• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and other trades

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential carpentry experience, preferably in remodels and additions
• Expertise in rough and finish carpentry, cabinetry, and trim installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Own hand tools; power tools provided
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in variable weather conditions

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
