Qualifications

• Two to seven years of experience.
• Dependable and timely.
• Ability to follow directions quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively with others.
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation.
• Proficiency in Smart Phone/Tablet App skills to use Procore.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at jobsite on time and ready to work.
• Meet goals and expectations in your Plan of Action (POA) as described by your supervisor in a timely manner.
• Assist in all phases of the construction process.
• Follow instructions and execute tasks with little supervision.
• Display an interest in learning and a positive attitude.
• Have a strong understanding of geometry and math.
• Have a full understanding of safety requirements and follow safety protocol.
• Know how to use carpentry tools safely and efficiently.
• Learn and use communication tools with all members of the team, especially in Outlook.
• Learn to read blueprints and do quality take-offs.
• Clean up all CCI jobs to the standards and requirements of CCI policy.
• Bill all project-related hours worked to the appropriate project(s).
• Perform any other task(s) requested by CCI
